    American Wheel Corporation warrants to the original purchaser, and no others, that it will repair replace or adjust without charge, F.O.B. Chicago, Illinois any product manufactured by it which is found by American Wheel Corporation's examination to contain any defects in material or workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of original purchase as evidenced by invoice or bill of sale, except that any such warranty shall be for a period of ninety(90) days with respect to any claim that the wheels are out of round.  The chrome plating is warranted for a period of 90 days from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship and covers peeling and separation.  Surface rust can be prevented by proper owner care and is not covered by this warranty.  Discoloration, oxidation, and/or corrosion of the finish due to neglect and/or adverse weather or chemicals is not covered by this warranty.

 

THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

1.  Wheels have been damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence, or has been 

      repaired or altered by one other than American Wheel Corporation.

2.  Wheels used on applications beyond it's stated load capacity or on applications other   

      than the wheels specified use.

3.  Wheels used in racing applications that are not intended for racing.

4.  Wheels that have been installed not using the correct mounting accessories.

5.  Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification.

 

 This is a Limited Warranty.  Therefore, no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose which is extended beyond the descriptions and limitations of the face hereof and none shall be implied by law.  American Wheel Corporation neither assumes or authorizes any other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with American Wheel Corporation product uses or applications.

 

This warranty does not limit rights which may be available under individual State laws.
